Spinach And Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep 9-inch pie crust
    5 eggs
    8 oz. Swiss cheese
    2 c. cream or milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    pinch of salt
    1 c. spinach, drained well
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced, sauteed and drained
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tomato
Preparation
    Beat eggs just enough to combine the yolks and whites. Add the cheese which has been grated.
    Add cream or milk, salt, pepper and basil.
    Put the spinach and mushrooms in the crust.
    Pour the egg mixture over it. Add a little milk to fill the pan about 1/4-inch from top. Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Remove from oven. Arrange a sliced tomato on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until the quiche is firm.
