Pineapple-Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar (can use a little less)
2 c. ground cranberries or 1 pkg.
2 c. crushed pineapple (1 large can)
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix together and let stand for 2 hours.
Mix together 2 small packages of lemon Jell-O and 2 cups hot water (because of the juice in pineapple, I reduce the water to 1 3/4 cups).
Add to first mixture, pour into molds and refrigerate.
