Creamy Potato Bake(Cooking Time: 50 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. snipped chives
    1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
    4 c. cubed, peeled, cooked potatoes (about 4 or 5 medium)
    1 tsp. salt
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Preparation:
    Over low heat, gradually blend milk into cream cheese until smooth.
    Stir in chives, onion and 1 teaspoon salt. Add potatoes and stir gently.
    Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and chill.
    Before serving, bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir and bake, uncovered, 20 minutes longer.
    Stir again.
    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
    Serves 6 to 8.
