El Chorro Chicken And Cheese Enchiladas(Chicken Enchiladas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    3/4 c. finely chopped red onion
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts in water or chicken stock until done. Drain liquid, reserving 1/4 cup.
    Shred chicken and mix with cream cheese, heavy cream and red onion.
