Mushroom Vinaigrette Dressing* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 head lettuce (iceberg)
Preparation
    Mix first six ingredients.
    Toss with cleaned mushrooms (can be stored in fridge for days).
    Cut lettuce into 6 to 8 wedges. Spoon dressing over and serve.
