Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash
    1 small onion
    1 egg
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion.
    Drain well.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm.
