Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 chicken breasts
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender; drain.
    Debone.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
    Mix chicken, sour cream, soup and carrots; mix well; set aside.
