Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning
    3 c. regular corn chips
    1 medium tomato
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Crumble meat into 2-quart casserole.
    Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes or until meat loses pink color when stirred.
    Drain.
    Stir in seasoning mix and water.
    Microwave for 2 minutes.
    Stir in chips and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Microwave 2 1/2 minutes or until thoroughly heated; stir.
    Top with tomatoes and remaining cheese. Microwave 2 minutes or until cheese is melted, turning dish after 1 minute.
    Top with sour cream.
    Serve.
