Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 jars of carrots (baby food)
1 small jar of baby food pineapple
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins, blanched to plump
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add fruit and nuts and Crisco and vanilla.
Pour into greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until it shrinks from side of pan.
Serve with whipped cream or ice with favorite vanilla icing.
