Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. medium-sized shrimp
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Season-All
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. shortening
4 or 5 bacon strips
1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. oil (frying shrimp)
Preparation
-
Devein and
wash shrimp thoroughly and drain.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper
and
curry, mix well.
Sprinkle with flour, brown lightly in\tfrypan\ton
medium
heat.
Place
shrimp
in baking dish.
Arrange
slices of bell pepper, onions and bacon strips over shrimp
and
sprinkle\twith
chopped celery.
Pour sauce over dish content and bake for about 1/2 hour.
