Shrimp Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Orleans shrimp (small or medium)
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. oil and vinegar dressing
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cashew nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Have shrimp and mandarin segments chilled in the cans.
    Drain. Rinse shrimp in cold water; blot dry.
    Soften sour cream with dressing; combine with shrimp, fruit, celery, onion and cashews. Serve on shredded lettuce.
    Serves 4.
