Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. roast
    2 to 3 c. water
    4 to 5 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. oregano
    few drops Tabasco sauce
    salt
    pepper
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 c. pepper sauce (mild; if using hot sauce, only use 3 to 4 Tbsp.)
    1 onion, sliced
Preparation
    Roast the meat for approximately 1 to 2 hours (depending on the size of the roast). Slice roast in very thin slices.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients and add to the water already in pan after it has roasted for 1 to 2 hours.
    Add meat back into pan and cook for approximately another 45 minutes.
    Serve warm with hard rolls.
    You may want to add hot peppers (or mild pepper) to your sandwich.
