Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 cans beef broth
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 onion, chopped
    3 to 5 medium potatoes, diced
    4 carrots or 12 oz. baby carrots, sliced
    1 celery stalk, sliced
    1/4 c. flour
    parsley
    pepper
Preparation
    Place meat in crock-pot with one can of broth and water on high.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Cover.
    Prepare
    veggies and add to crock-pot.
    Cover with more broth or more water.
    Add parsley. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or 10 to 12 hours on low.
