Chicken-Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. (1 c. uncooked) elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. salad dressing (mayonnaise type)
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients except eggs.
Carefully mix in eggs or save them for garnish, if desired.
Chill before serving.
Calories per serving:
about 270.
Makes 6 servings, about 1 cup each.
