1 (15 oz.) pkg. pie crust, softened as directed on pkg.
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
6 c. (6 medium) thinly sliced peeled apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (if desired)
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Make pie crusts as directed on package for two-crust pie using a 9-inch pie pan.
