Molasses-Glazed Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 to 8 lb.) fully cooked ham
    about 20 whole cloves
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Remove skin from ham; place ham, fat side up, on a baking rack.
    Score fat in a diamond design and stud with cloves.
    Insert meat thermometer, making sure it does not touch fat or bone.
    Bake ham at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Remove ham from oven. Combine remaining ingredients; baste ham with molasses mixture. Return ham to oven and bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 140\u00b0, basting frequently with glaze.
