Low-Fat Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. reduced calorie margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (15 oz.) carton part-skim Ricotta cheese, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) plain nonfat yogurt
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. egg substitute, thawed
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
Preparation

Mix graham cracker, margarine and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Press in spring mold pan.
Mix other ingredients.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn oven off and let sit until cool.
Remove and refrigerate.
