Italian Summer Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium yellow squash
    1 medium zucchini squash
    1 large tomato
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    2 tsp. grated garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. dill
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. cracked black pepper
    salt to taste
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Set range at low heat.
    Pour olive oil into large skillet. Stir in garlic and chopped onion and thinly sliced squash and add to cubed tomatoes.
    Add spices and simmer until vegetables are done.
    Stir while cooking.
    After vegetables are done, sprinkle with cheese and cover to set for about 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
