Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. round steak, cut into strips
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 lb. bean sprouts
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1 small bunch green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. bouillon
Preparation
    Preheat browning skillet 4 minutes in microwave oven.
    Melt shortening in skillet.
    Brown meat strips.
    Arrange meat in center; put sliced vegetables around the outside of meat strips. Combine sugar, soy sauce and bouillon and pour over meat and vegetables.
    Cook on High 6 to 8 minutes.
    Vegetables will be tender, but crisp.
    Serve with rice.
