Coca-Cola Bayou Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fish fillets
    1/2 c. Coca-Cola
    1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
    3 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    2/3 c. sliced okra
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. clam broth
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2/3 c. diced carrots
Preparation
    Cut fish into bite size pieces and place in a large pot.
    Add all the ingredients except salt, pepper and rice.
    Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in bowls for serving and top with heaps of rice. Serves 6 to 8.
