Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 chicken fryer, cut up in about 9 pieces
    butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put rice in buttered casserole dish.
    Mix soups and one can of water and pour over rice.
    Lightly salt chicken; dip in melted butter.
    Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice and soup mixture. Bake, uncovered, for about two hours at 275\u00b0.
