Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, cook, cool and dice
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. milk
    3/4 lb. process cheese
    1 jar pimentos (if desired)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Make white sauce and sit in potatoes and cheese.
    Put in shallow dish and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
