Chicken-Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

4 whole chicken breasts, boiled, boned and halved
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 can (26 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained
7 Tbsp. butter
3 medium onions, chopped
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
5 Tbsp. flour
4 c. milk, heated and seasoned to taste
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. white wine or sherry
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation

Place cooked chicken breasts on bottom of greased baking dish. Top with shrimp and artichokes.
Saute onions and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter.
Spread over chicken mixture.
Melt remaining butter and add flour.
Whisk and cook for 2 minutes (I do it in microwave, easier).
Slowly add warmed milk, stirring.
Cook until smooth and thick.
Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire and wine. Pour over chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
