Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs, salad oil, sugar and vanilla until thick and foamy. Stir in pineapple and zucchini. Combine flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, nuts and raisins.
Gently stir into first mixture just until blended.
Bake in 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
