Ranch Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. prepared Ranch dressing
    1/4 c. bacon bits or cooked bacon, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender (quartered); can leave skins on. Set aside.
    Combine sour cream, dressing, bacon, parsley and cheese.
    Place potatoes in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Pour mixture over potatoes and toss gently.
