Chocolate-Covered Coconut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick melted oleo
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    2 (1 lb.) boxes powdered sugar
    2 cans flaked coconut
    2 c. halved pecans
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/4 lb. wax
Preparation
    Mix oleo and milk; beat well.
    Gradually add powdered sugar. Stir in coconut and pecan halves.
    Roll mixture into small balls. Place on cookie sheet in freezer for 1 hour or refrigerate for 3 hours.
    Melt chocolate chips and wax over low heat.
    Insert toothpicks into balls and dip into chocolate mixture.
    Yields 100 pieces.
