Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 unbaked pie shells

Preparation

Mix potatoes, eggs, sugar, margarine, milk, pudding mix and vanilla in large bowl until well blended.
Pour into shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
