Mozzarella Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. new potatoes, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 c. Canadian Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon mix
    1 c. boiling water
    oregano (dried) or Italian seasoning
Preparation
    In shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish, layer half the potato slices, half the onion, then half the cheese.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
    Lightly sprinkle dried oregano or Italian seasoning over each layer of potatoes.
    Repeat layering.
    Stir bouillon mix into boiling water.
    Pour over potatoes and cheese. Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and crust is golden brown.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
