Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up and skin removed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 lb. tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sliced zucchini
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    cooked pasta
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain.
    Add all ingredients, except pasta.
    Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Serve hot over hot pasta. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
