Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes
    1 lb. box powdered sugar (10x)
    peanut butter
    flour
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Boil until done.
    Take couple pieces of potato and mash with fork until they are liquified.
    Mix powdered sugar and potatoes until forms a doughy ball (should be firm).
    Sprinkle flour on wax paper.
    Roll dough ball out thin. Spread even layer of peanut butter over dough.
    Roll into log; cut into thin slices.
    Put on plate and refrigerate until firm.
