Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimento
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine
    macaroni,
    bell
    pepper, onion, pimento, soup, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and 1 cup of the cheese.
    Put into lightly greased
    baking dish.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 to 1 cup cheese over the
    top.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until cheese melts.
    Makes 6 servings.
