Creole Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 celery stalks
    1 medium onion
    1 small bell pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 tsp. chili powder
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of Tabasco
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    8 eggs, hard-boiled
    cracker crumbs
    grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Chop celery, onions and bell pepper; saute in butter.
    Add tomato soup and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add mushrooms, mushroom soup, chili powder, salt, pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer about 5 minutes.
    Slice eggs and place in a casserole; then cover with sauce, cracker crumbs and grated cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
