Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/3 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 lb. ground turkey
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/3 c. fresh parsley
    1 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour chicken broth over bread crumbs in a small bowl.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Mix the remaining ingredients in large bowl.
    Add bread crumbs mixture; mix well. Put in loaf pan; bake for 1 hour, or until juices run clear.
