Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 small can corn (creamed)
Preparation
    Mix well the first 4 ingredients.
    Add 1 small can creamed corn.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Use a greased iron skillet to bake in (8 to 9-inch pan).
