Scott'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. salt, seasoned
    1 c. pecans (to roll ball in)
Preparation
    Leave cheese at room temperature.
    While preparing other ingredients, drain pineapple but not moistless.
    Mix everything together.
    Roll ball in nuts.
    Refrigerate.
    Add 1 cup pecans, if desired, and mix into ball.
