Tampa Bay Shrimp(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium shrimp (fresh)
    1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    6 small tomatoes or 1 (12 oz.) can, chopped
    10 to 12 pimiento-stuffed green olives
    2 tsp. capers (optional)
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. salt
    lime juice
Preparation
    Cut pepper into 1-inch strips.
    Chop onion. Coat the bottom of a microwave-safe dish with the oil.
    Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Cover.
    Microwave on High power for 2 to 3 minutes.
