Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cubed beef steaks
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. water
    oil (for frying)
    Herb Gravy
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, cornstarch, salt and water in a large bowl and mix well.
    Dip the beef steaks into the batter and fry in 2-inches of oil until nicely browned.
    Remove to a platter and keep warm.
