English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. flour
    4 tsp. salt
    4 pkg. yeast
    1 c. water
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 c. milk
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Set aside cornmeal for topping.
    Combine 2 cups flour with rest of dry ingredients.
    Heat liquids until very warm.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Beat well.
    Stir in rest of flour to make stiff batter.
    Spoon into greased loaf pan.
    Sprinkle with cornmeal. Cover; let rise at least 45 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Remove loaf immediately.
    Good toasted.
