Pumpkin-Pine Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. pine nuts, roasted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    In a medium size bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
    Mix well, then add pumpkin.
    Mix well and fold into dry ingredients.
    Add pine nuts.
    Pour batter into 2 greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans and bake for 45 minutes.
