Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels (14 oz.)
    1 pkg. chocolate chips (6 oz.)
    2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Melt caramels and 1/3 cup milk, stirring constantly. Set aside.
