Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frozen crabmeat, thawed
2 eggs, beaten to blend
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
2 Tbsp. diced onion
2 Tbsp. diced red or green pepper
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1 lb. large mushrooms, stems removed
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Combine first 8 ingredients in medium bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon crab mixture into each mushroom.
Place in prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese over. Bake until mushrooms are tender and cheese melts, about 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
