Meat Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 large onion
1 c. shredded carrots
dash of black pepper
1 jar herb-style spaghetti sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation

In skillet saute onions in butter until soft, not brown.
Add ground meat.
Cook, breaking meat up, while cooking.
In a 2-quart buttered casserole dish, layer the carrots, half of the cabbage and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add meat mixture; press down slightly.
Add remaining cabbage.
