Beef And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chuck or sirloin steak
1 lb. or 1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
3 to 4 carrots, sliced
Preparation

Cut fat from meat and slice into 1/4-inch slices as for stir-fry.
Stir or fry meat until brown in large pan.
Add vegetables and 1 quart of water.
Simmer until tender.
