Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
1 envelope unflavored Knox gelatine
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. boiled shrimp, finely chopped
crab meat (can also add if desired)
Preparation

Melt the cream cheese and tomato soup together over a low to medium heat.
Remove from heat and cool a little.
Stir in the mayonnaise, mixing until smooth.
Melt the gelatine in a small amount of water, then add to the cream cheese mixture.
Stir in the celery, green onions and shrimp, mixing until well blended. Pour into mold.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
