Elden'S Crawfish Or Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. Zinfandel white wine
    3 lb. crawfish or shrimp
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop onion very fine.
    In large pot, add 1/4 stick of butter and chopped onion.
    Cook on low heat until onion is brown.
    Add remaining ingredients, less the seafood.
    Cook 1/2 hour on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
    Add seafood; cook 1/2 hour on low heat, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over cooked rice.
