Salsa Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 (12-16 oz.) jar of salsa
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    Jalapeno peppers (optional)
