Soup Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beans
    big hunk hog meat
    salt
    water
    lard
Preparation
    Look beans real good to make sure you git* all the rocks and dirt out.
    Worsh* 'em* real good over and over (about 3 times) til you know 'em* to be clean.
    Put in a big pot.
    Cover with water. Add a big hunk of hog meat* and about 2 big spoons of lard.
    Cover and cook for about 5 airs* . When the water gits* low, add more til they git* done.
    You can tell if'n* they're done when they git* a brown soup on 'em.
    That's why they're called \"soup beans.\"
    Don't forgit* to add the salt like I did in this recipe.
    Put it in at the first.
