Pineapple Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lightly beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. mashed bananas

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs, sugar, dressing, oil and vanilla at medium speed with mixer until light and fluffy.
Add combination of ingredients alternating with pineapple and banana, mixing well after each addition.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting, if desired.
