Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. flour
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
Add milk and sugar. Beat again.
Add flour and cocoa.
Stir in and mix well.
Add melted butter and stir in.
Fry on buttered griddle.
Roll or stack, covering with powdered sugar.
Yields 14 to 16 small pancakes.
