Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. self-rising cornmeal mix
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 can white creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    1/4 c. green jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix as listed.
    Bake in well greased tube pan, filling half full.
    Bake remainder of batter in greased iron skillet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 as you would regular cornbread.
